The Tourism AI Playground is an experimental platform that provides AI-powered tools for tourism marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Social media content generation
  • Review analysis and response generation
  • SEO and schema markup tools
  • Content brief creation
  • Knowledge base management
  • Security scanning tools

The Service utilizes third-party AI models and APIs, including OpenAI, to generate content and provide functionality. The availability and performance of these features depend on third-party services.

3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI Content Warning

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Always verify AI outputs before use.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated content is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Human Review Required: All AI-generated content should be reviewed, verified, and edited by qualified personnel before publication or use.
  • No Professional Advice: AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
  • Potential Biases: AI models may reflect biases present in their training data.
  • Hallucinations: AI may generate plausible-sounding but incorrect or fabricated information.

The Company is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

4 User Responsibilities

By using this Service, you agree to:

  • Not submit sensitive data: Do not input personal data, confidential information, trade secrets, or any data protected by privacy laws.
  • Use responsibly: Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • No malicious use: Not use the Service to generate harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.

  • Respect rate limits: Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service.
  • No automated access: Not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without explicit permission.

4B Security Scanner Acceptable Use Policy

Security Scanner Terms

The Security Scanner is a powerful tool that must be used responsibly and ethically. Misuse may violate laws and regulations.

Scan Modes

The Security Scanner operates in three modes:

  • Passive Mode: Analyzes publicly available information only. No test payloads are sent to the target server. Safe for use on any website.
  • Active Mode: Sends test payloads to detect injection vulnerabilities. Requires domain authorization.
  • Aggressive Mode: Includes time-based SQL injection tests that may cause server delays. Requires domain authorization and should only be used with explicit written consent.

Authorization Requirements

To use Active or Aggressive scan modes, you must:

  • Verify Domain Ownership: Complete email verification using a domain-controlled address (admin@, security@, webmaster@, hostmaster@, or postmaster@).
  • Accept Responsibility: Acknowledge that you own the domain or have explicit written authorization from the owner.
  • Accept Terms: Agree to these terms and accept responsibility for any impact on the target system.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the Security Scanner to:

  • Scan without authorization: Never scan websites you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
  • Cause damage: Intentionally disrupt, damage, or impair any website or server.
  • Exploit vulnerabilities: Use discovered vulnerabilities for malicious purposes or unauthorized access.
  • Conduct DoS attacks: Use the scanner to perform denial-of-service attacks.
  • Bypass authorization: Attempt to circumvent the domain verification process.
  • Scan critical infrastructure: Target government, healthcare, financial, or other critical systems without proper legal authorization.

Your Responsibilities

By using the Security Scanner, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner of the target domain, or
  • You have explicit written authorization from the domain owner to perform security testing, or
  • You are conducting authorized penetration testing under a valid contract or agreement

You accept full responsibility for:

  • Any impact on the target system resulting from your scans
  • Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Any legal consequences arising from unauthorized scanning

Legal Notice

Legal Warning

Unauthorized computer access and security testing may violate laws including but not limited to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (US), Computer Misuse Act (UK), and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. Violations may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution.

Disclaimer

The Security Scanner is provided for educational and legitimate security testing purposes only. Marketing Greece S.A.:

  • Does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of scan results
  • Is not responsible for how you use scan results
  • Is not liable for any damage caused by your use of the scanner
  • Reserves the right to log and monitor scanner usage
  • May report suspected abuse to relevant authorities

5 Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership: The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Marketing Greece S.A. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of any original content you input into the Service. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process this content to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Ownership and rights to AI-generated content may be subject to third-party AI provider terms. We make no claims of ownership over AI outputs and recommend reviewing applicable AI provider policies.

Trademarks: "Marketing Greece" and related logos are trademarks of Marketing Greece S.A. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6 Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
  • The Company is not liable for any third-party AI model failures, errors, or unavailability.

7 Privacy Policy

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
